The Charlotte Beaujolais Wine Festival brought together 300 guests and 100 volunteers, many sponsors, gift contributors and other participants.
We re-imagined and re-designed all the festival materials to give the event a fresh, dynamic and upscale look, and to give it a bit more of personality. Marketing efforts targeted a wide audience and the event received significant press.
The passport serves as a take-home reference for the presented wines. Large art pieces highlighting the main sponsors have been displayed at the event venue.
Deep understanding of vendor capacities and local regulations are keys to a successful event, when all the known and unforeseen have be planned.
